Labour Costing Tracker – Closing a $3M Gap
We developed a custom labour costing tracker that empowers our client to easily compare labour costing submissions against rostered working hours. Prior to implementation, they faced a significant discrepancy—approximately $3 million—between costed and rostered hours.
Our solution integrated raw data from two separate systems (one for labour costing, the other for rosters), automatically cleansing and aligning the datasets for each individual on the team. This side-by-side comparison enabled seamless identification and resolution of discrepancies.
Since adopting our tracker, our client has achieved >99% labour costing compliance—a record high. This improved accuracy provides clear visibility into labour expenditure and supports more reliable budgeting for future projects.

Fleet Service Tracker – Total Control Over Vehicle Compliance
We developed and implemented a custom Fleet Service Tracker from the ground up, empowering our client to take complete control of their vehicle servicing program. The solution ensures full compliance with health and safety regulations while also helping to extend the lifespan of each vehicle.
At its core, the system is event-driven—allowing all servicing, communication, and vehicle-related events to be logged in one place. It integrates seamlessly with third-party service and roll reports, automatically consolidating data for accuracy and efficiency.
One key feature is the built-in communication tool: the admin team can easily notify vehicle custodians when a service is due or overdue via automated emails. Every interaction is recorded, creating a full historical log of servicing and communications.
The output is clear: no information is lost, compliance is maintained, and vehicles are kept in optimal condition. Following the success of the tool with their light vehicle fleet, our client now plans to expand its use to their heavy vehicle fleet.
Activity Sheet Template Upgrade
We developed a modernised Activity Sheet template to replace an outdated system used by maintenance machines to log production. The upgraded spreadsheet significantly reduces human error through the use of data validation, conditional formatting, and built-in error checks—all wrapped in a cleaner, more intuitive design.
Beyond usability improvements, the template is structured to integrate seamlessly with Power Query, enabling automatic consolidation of multiple activity sheets. This makes it easy to access historical production data without manually opening individual reports. With this centralised data, our client can quickly generate custom reports and monitor key performance indicators such as average daily production and downtime due to equipment breakdowns.
Safety Interaction Tracker
Our custom Safety Interaction Tracker has given our client complete visibility and control over their team's safety engagements. Designed to ensure staff are submitting safety interactions on time, the system highlights missed submissions and flags discrepancies, making it easy to hold teams accountable and identify areas for improvement.
With built-in checks and automated monitoring, the tracker supports compliance with the relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Acts, Regulations, and Standards. It also provides a clear audit trail and real-time reporting capabilities, helping our client foster a proactive safety culture while reducing administrative overhead.
Excel Scope Document Templates
We designed a suite of professional, user-friendly Excel templates to streamline the creation of scope documents for our client. These templates feature a modern, clean layout and are structured to promote clarity, consistency, and ease of use across teams.
To reduce repetitive data entry and save time, we implemented intelligent automation techniques such as linked fields and dropdown selections. Built-in error checking further enhances accuracy by catching common mistakes before documents are finalised. As a result, teams can produce scope documents faster, with greater confidence in their consistency and correctness.
These templates have not only improved the efficiency of document creation but also elevated the overall standard of communication and presentation across our client's operations.
